Interim Financial Controller

My client A leading financial service organisation based in the city, has an immediate requirement for an experienced Finance Manager/Junior Financial Controller to join their finance team on an interim 3 month basis.

The chosen Finance Manager/Junior Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the budgeting process, forecasting and 3 year plan processes from planning, through to consolidation to completion of all schedules  and analysis. 
You will also be responsible for the production of regular management reports, including weekly reporting and monthly management accounts and for leading a team of 3 part qualified accountants.

The ideal Finance Manager/Junior Financial Controller will be a fully Qualified accountant with a minimum of 4 years post qualified experience gained in a large FMCG organisations with a turnover in excess of 100 million.You will have a proven track record with an emphasis on management reporting, business planning and analysis as well as people management. 
You will have strong excel and system skills (possibly Hyperion, Business Objects)
will be a self starter, who can hit the ground running.
