Financial Controller

Firmly placed within the FTSE 100 our client continues with its global expansion plans and product diversification. They are looking to recruit a Divisional Financial Controller to head up one of its fastest growing subsidiaries and develop and lead a high calibre commercial finance team through its next stage of development. The role will require extensive strategic and project work on a national and international scale to add direct commercial value to the long terms plans of the business. They will ensure regular reporting is completed and there is clear visibility of actual results and their implications to the group. They will plan and manage the forecasting process and approve budgets, profit and long term plans. This is a high profile role with a succession plan mapped to Directorship of an operating company in the medium term. The successful candidate will be ACA / CIMA Qualified with exemplary academics and have fast tracked their career to date. They must have evidence of influencing across a business at all levels coupled with proven decision making capability.
