Finance Controller

Our client, an establish property investment business is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team. The CFO is wanting to concentrate purely on strategic issues and needing an experienced real estate accountant to handle the day to day running of the accounting team. The business is in the next stage of growth and is looking to take advantage of opportunities in the current market. The role will entail overseeing the finance function which will include preparing the statutory and management accounts for the group company and SPV’s  and joint ventures, and reporting to off shore trusts. Other elements will include consolidating all the group companies, financial forecasting and oversight of cash management and treasury functions. The chosen candidates will be given a great deal of autonomy and expected to produce accounts on time. When required there will be overlap on company secretarial duties as well as managing other members with the accounts team. This unique opportunity will suit an experienced real estate accountant who is looking for their next career move.
