Financial Controller - Corporate Real Estate

A property services firm has an opening for a Financial Controller - Corporate Real Estate to focus on the EMEA business. With responsibility for the corporate portfolios of financial institutions, technology companies and retailers amongst others the business works across the EMEA regions on management, transaction and strategy. The financial controller will have prime responsibility for overseeing and managing the business unit's budget, forecast and P&L. Alongside this you will also be expected to produce the management accounts and board reports. Due to the nature of the business you will be commercially focussed and able to liaise with a number of non financial staff and present management information on issues such as pricing and headcount. You will be a qualified accountant with strong modelling skills and the ability to work across a number of disciplines and regions.
