The Company
Our client is a highly successful Private Equity firm in London, with a presence in Europe and a growing reputation in line with current and future projects within the construction sector. Due to the growth of their Asset Management business, they are now seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to head up the company, which is focused on renewable energy technologies. 
This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious, qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA individual to get involved with all aspects of the business infrastructure.

The Role
Based in the Central London offices, the Financial Controller will be responsible for :
•	All aspects of financial / management accounting
•	Extensive liaising with the Banks re loans / costs
•	Budgeting, forecasting and management of 1 Project Accountant, with a view to building a full finance team in the near future.

Additionally, you will work closely with the MD to deal with full operational (non-accounting) responsibilities in a very hands-on role.

The Candidate
Due to both the financial and operational responsibilities this role provides,  the successful applicant must posses the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

•	A qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA (ideally 2 or 3 years post-qualified)
•	A commercial mindset is mandatory to push the business forward, along with the desire to make a significant impact within the business.
•	A dynamic individual with a confident, articulate and professional approach to work and tasks, who will genuinely relish the opportunity to cement a broad-based, hands-on Financial Controller position within a growing organisation.

Experience of liaising with Banks is also an advantage, as is the gravitas required to work well with an equally dynamic, hands-on MD.
