UK Financial Controller - Real Estate

Our client is seeking a Financial Controller to manage all aspects of it's UK finance function. Reporting to the UK MD and US Head of Finance, responsibilities will include; the timely production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, statutory, JV and consolidated accounts for C100 entities and associated board reports and papers, whilst overseeing and directing a sizeable UK finance team. Additionally the role will oversee and control treasury, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, tax and compliance work (SOX). The preferred candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record of process and systems development, strong technical accounting (IFRS / UK/& ideally US GAAP) and an innovative leader with a number of years in a senior management capacity who can successfully implement change. Property / Real Estate sector experience is a key.
